From April 7, 2024, Rwanda along with other countries with Rwandan embassies commenced 100 days of commemoration in the memory of the victims of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda.
In Poland, the Rwandan Embassy in collaboration with the Rwandan Community (RCA-Poland), is diligently preparing for this commemorative event scheduled for this Friday, April 26, which will be held at POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, located on Mordechaja Anielewicza 6, 00-157 Warszawa, in Warsaw.
Distinguished guests, including representatives from the Polish government, foreign diplomatic missions in Poland, religious leaders, members of the private sector, the RCA-Poland community, and friends of Rwanda, are expected to attend.
The Embassy of Rwanda in Poland encourages the Rwandan community residing in the country to actively participate in this significant event marking the 30th commomeration of the Genocide against the Tutsi in Rwanda, in April 1994.
